In this level, we focus on helping you lead or follow with control and flow. We'll introduce typical hip movements and the famous head rolls. You'll notice that you'll start executing the moves more naturally to the music. Every combination comes with clear technique breakdowns — so it all sticks properly in your muscle memory.
