We're bringing in our first Guest Teacher! Meet Kristina: the queen of spinning. We're spending Halloween afternoon in a beautiful, spacious dance studio of TG Spaces in Amsterdam Oost for two Salsa Solo spinning workshops
🌀13:00–13:45 Workshop 1 | Spinning Fundamentals
Perfect if you:
→ lose your balance halfway through a turn
→ have never really learned how to spin
→ want more control over your body
☕️ 13:45 - 14:15 | Coffee/Tea & Chatting Break
🌀 14:15–16:00 Workshop 2 | Boost your Spins
For those who already have some experience in Salsa dancing and want to take their spinning to the next level. Kristina will sharpen your technique and help you add that extra spin without falling.
-> get a special Combo Ticket if you want to join both Workshops
Good to know:
Kristina is not only ridiculously good at spinning, she's also an amazing and kind teacher
The workshops are based on Salsa On1
This is a Solo Spinning class, so no partnerwork
The classes are perfect for Leaders and Followers

POV: Latin music blasting, people dancing everywhere, sun on your face, and zero reason to stand still. Festival Macumba is where Música, Amor & Vida actually makes sense: not just words, but a whole experience 😎
And right in the middle of all that chaos (the good kind)… you’ll find US This year, Lumos is hosting the Workshop Area 💃🏽🔥 We’ll be teaching Salsa LA, Merengue and Reggaeton. For sure you can expect energy, attitude and a little “why am I sweating this much?” 😏

See you in the Workshop Area. You’ll probably hear us before you see us 💃🏽🔥
